We currently ship to locations across India.

At present, we do not offer international shipping. Any future expansion of shipping territories will be updated on this page.

  • All confirmed prepaid orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time refers to order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and dispatch handover to the courier partner.

During peak sale periods, festivals, or promotional campaigns, processing times may extend by an additional 24–48 hours.


3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on destination and courier network coverage.

Standard Delivery Estimates:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery commitments.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Promotional eligibility

We may offer:

  • Free shipping on orders above a specified value

  • Limited-time promotional free delivery

All shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed clearly before payment confirmation.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • A tracking ID will be sent via SMS and/or email.

  • You may track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

If tracking information is not received within 48 hours of dispatch confirmation, please contact our support team.


6. Packaging & Product Safety

As HimaRatna products include consumable Ayurvedic supplements:

  • All products are securely sealed and tamper-evident.

  • Hygienic packaging protocols are followed.

  • Fragile materials (such as resin jars) are packed with protective layers.

We prioritize product integrity and safety during transit.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make:

  • 2 to 3 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The package may be returned to our warehouse.

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.


8. Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate:

  • Full name

  • Address

  • Pin code

  • Contact number

HimaRatna.com is not liable for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


9. Delayed Shipments

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier network issues

While we coordinate closely with courier partners, HimaRatna.com cannot guarantee delivery timelines under circumstances beyond our control.


10. Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Packages

If you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • A tampered seal

  • A leaking product

  • An incorrect item

You must:

  1. Take clear photos of:

    • Outer packaging

    • Inner packaging

    • Shipping label

  2. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Email details to: support@himaratna.com

After verification, we may:

  • Issue a replacement product, or

  • Process a refund as per our Refund Policy.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.


11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery is enabled:

  • Orders may be verified via phone call before dispatch.

  • Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility.


12. Risk & Ownership Transfer

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout.


13. Address Change Policy

Address modification requests:

  • Must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.
