Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HimaRatna.com, we are committed to providing high-quality Ayurvedic wellness products. Due to the nature of herbal and consumable health supplements, our refund and return policies are structured to ensure product safety, hygiene, and fairness.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

  • Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

    Include your Order ID and registered contact details.


2. Return Policy

Due to the consumable nature of Shilajit and Ashwagandha products:

  • We do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially used products.

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • The product received is damaged in transit.

    • The wrong product was delivered.

    • The product is expired upon delivery.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Send clear photographs of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The product

    • The invoice

  3. Email the details to:

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, OR

  • A full refund (including shipping charges)


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to:

    • The original payment method used at checkout.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), bank details may be requested.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery.

  • Opened or used products.

  • Incorrect address provided by customer.

  • Delivery failure due to customer unavailability.

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

As our products are natural health supplements, individual results may vary. Refunds will not be issued based on perceived effectiveness, as wellness outcomes depend on individual health conditions and usage.
